Welcome to Girl Up Edmonton!

Hi everyone! Welcome to our first blog! We are Girl Up Edmonton, a team of four University of Alberta students. In our few years of operation, we've worked with local businesses and non-profits throughout Edmonton through fundraisers in hopes of supporting women.

Girl Up Edmonton is focused on creating a space that provides exciting and unique opportunities for social justice, advocacy, and community building. We aim to support women and girls from diverse backgrounds, aiming for gender equality.

This blog is a way for us to do just that--express opinions, thoughts, and more. And we invite everyone to come along on this journey with us.
